Are products in stock?
Products are currently sold on a pre-order basis. Lead time will vary, but as a guide, will be 16-24 weeks from time of placement to delivery. We will keep you updated at each stage of the production process.

Pre-orders & Payment
Pre-order:Â
50% deposit is required. The balance will be collected prior to shipment.
Should you wish to pay 100% up front, you will a receive a 10% discount from the total RRP.
Payment:Â
We offer all major credit cards, PayPal, EFT Bank transfer (on request). Due to the value of goods, pay in 4 services such as Klarna and AfterPay are not available.

Where do you make your furniture?
All pieces are designed by TUBULAA founders, Ryan O'Connor & Jo Fahy, in Northern NSW, Australia.
We work with a small workshop in Adelaide, Australia on product development & prototyping & perfect & produce larger quantities in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam across multiple facilities - metal fabrication, textiles & glass.
Which Countries do you ship to?
Our primary market is Australia, but we can ship worldwide. If you don't see your country at the checkout, please contact the team at studio@tubulaa.com & we will assist further.
Do you work with trade & industry?
We welcome your enquiries & are in a position to custom produce, re-colour existing collections and provide preferential pricing & design / materials support to achieve optimal results for your project.
Where Can I view the pieces in person?
We are currently selling online only, but have plans to make products available in-store from 2026 onwards. If you are a retailer who would like to sell TUBULAA, please contact the team via the Stockists page or via email studio@tubulaa.com
Can I use my own fabrics?
We have taken great care to source premium fabrics suitable for the product's intended purpose.
We are happy to discuss your request, but there is a possibility we may not be able to accommodate. We work on a case by case basis. Please contact the team at studio@tubulaa.com
Who art directs & shoots your campaigns?
All product design, art direction, photography & filmmaking is done by Ryan O'Connor & Jo Fahy - owners of TUBULAA.

My order has arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please contact us asap via studio@tubulaa.com & send images / detailed information so we can investigate with our logistics partners & remedy the situation asap.
How do I track my order?
For Australian & International orders, we partner with multiple carriers ranging from Postal (for smaller items) through to white glove / room of choice delivery partners.
Tracking / delivery information and ETA's will be via the email / phone number used when the original purchase was made.
Can I pick up the order from your warehouse?
After production commences, we will be holding stock across multiple facilities in Australia & internationally. Access to these 3rd party facilities will be on a case by case basis. If permission is granted and a collection is arranged, responsibility of goods will pass to the collector at time of loading.
If there were delivery fees attached to your order, we will look to refund accordingly.
Do you offer a warranty?
TUBULAA offers a guarantee to the purchaser that the products are free of defects in workmanship & details. For more detailed information regarding product & period of warranty, please refer to the Warranty page, or contact the team at studio@tubulaa.com
